Disulfide Linkers


Disulfide linkers are a family of chemically cleavable linkers which can be used to connect different molecules, such as proteins to drugs, to create conjugates such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) in targeted therapies. The disulfide linkage can be advantageous because it is stable under normal conditions but can be cleaved under reducing conditions, which can be exploited for controlled drug release or other chemical biology application.
