• Chemistry Office Associate

  BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company in San Diego, specializing in manufacturing and supplying high purity PEG Linkers, bioconjugation reagents, nanoparticle lipid components, and customer services worldwide. We are looking for an Office Associate with chemistry background to assist with our products and sales team in daily operations.

  Responsibilities

  • Identify new biochemical products from global suppliers with help from senior manager
  • Draw biochemical new products structures using Chemdraw or other tools
  • Set up the price of the company new biochemical products with help from senior manager
  • Assist sales team preparing quotations for clients
  • Fill out forms requested by clients to set up new accounts in clients' systems with training from senior manager
  • Help with purchasing of chemical/biochemical reagents with training from senior manager
  • Keep track of shipments from suppliers and fill out custom clearance documents when needed with training from senior manager

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree either in Organic Chemistry, biochemistry or Chemical engineering preferred
  • Ability to work as a team with other employees and open to learn new things
  • Knowledge with Chemdraw, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, virtual meeting software
  • Great interpersonal relationship & excellent written and verbal communication skills
