Depatuxizumab MMAE is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprising an anti EGFR monoclonal antibody (Depatuxizumab) and the cytotoxic agent Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). Depatuxizumab inhibits the growth of xenograft models of mutant EGFRvIII and wild-type EGFR. Depatuxizumab MMAE has a Drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) of 4.0, its molecular weight is 148kDa.
