Trastuzumab-MMAF

Trastuzumab-MMAF is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) of Anti-Her2 human monoclonal antibody Trastuzumab with MMAF (Monomethylauristatin F) through a non-cleavable linker (MC-). MMAF is a synthetic antineoplastic agent and a potent inhibitor of tubulin polymerization which applied as a cytotoxic component of the ADCs. The DAR of Trastuzumab-MMAF is n = 3.5 - 4.0. This product is used for research only. It can be used as a reference compound.
