Trastuzumab-DM4

Trastuzumab-DM4 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) of Anti-Her2 human monoclonal antibody Trastuzumab with DM4 through a cleavable linker (SPDB-). DM4 is an antitubulin agent that inhibit cell division. DM4 can be used in the preparation of ADCs such as the FDA approved Mirvetuximab soravtansine-gynx (ELAHERE®). The DAR of Trastuzumab-DM4 is 3.5 - 4.0. This product is used for research only. It can be used as a reference compound.
