Tisotumab (Anti-Human F3 Recombinant Antibody) is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that recognizes human CD142, also known as Tissue Factor (TF) which is the membrane receptor for coagulation factors VII and VIIa and is the cell surface initiator of coagulation. The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) Tisotumab vedotin, sold under the brand name Tivdak, is a medicine used to treat recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer. It combines a monoclonal antibody Tisotumab (CD142) with a potent cell division inhibitor called monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) through a linker. The ADC helps to stop the growth of cancer cells and induce cell death. This biosimilar antibody is used for research only. MW: 145.5 KD.
