BP Fluor 633 Azide is a fluorescent probe with a terminal azide group. The BP Fluor 633 fluorescent molecule is a water-soluble, pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10, far-red-fluorescent probe that is excitated at 631 nm and 651 nm. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage and as an azide-copper complex. The reaction works well under diluted conditions.
