BP Lipid 146

BP Lipid 146

BP Lipid 146 is an ionizable amino lipid with both ester linkages located at C7 and C8 position relative to nitrogen amine. There is 7 carbons chain on the primary ester lipid tail. The propanolamine head help encapsulation of mRNA while the introduction of secondary ester can improve protein expression. BP Lipid 146, an analog of SM-102, can be used to investigate and enhance the functional properties in lipid nanoparticle formulations. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
