BP Lipid 110 is an ionizable amino lipid with ester likages located at C6 and C7 position relative to amine. The ethanolamine moiety can enhance encapsulation of mRNA. The lipid has a relatively short primary ester lipid tail (7C). As an analog of SM-102, BP Lipid 110 could be used to compare or optimize the characteristics such as lipid behavior, ionization properties, mRNA encapsulation efficiency, and other functional properties in lipid formulations. Reagent grade, for research purpose. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
