Overview
Solitomab is an investigational bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody designed to treat various solid tumors by simultaneously targeting the CD3 receptor on T-cells and the EpCAM protein on cancer cells. By cross-linking the patient’s own T-cells with the tumor cells, solitomab directs the immune system to actively locate and destroy cancer cells.
