Overview
Epcoritamab (sold under the brand names Epkinly in the U.S. and Japan, and Tepkinly in the EU) is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) immunotherapy designed to bind to the CD3 protein on healthy T-cells and the CD20 protein on malignant B-cells. It is approved for adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL). By physically bridging the two together, it directs the patient’s own immune system to target and destroy the lymphoma cells.
