N-(Boc)-N-(Amine-PEG8)-N-PEG8-t-butyl ester is a branched PEG linker consisting of a terminal amine group, which is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc. The two terminal t-butyl ester groups can be deprotected under acidic conditions to free the carboxylic group.
