N-(Mal-C6-carbonyl)-N-bis(PEG8-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE) is a branched ADC linker payload molecules which contains two MMAE payloads. The MMAE is a very potent antimitotic agent that inhibits cell division by blocking the polymerization of tubulin. The maleimide group selectively reacts with thiol groups, allowing site-specific modification. The PEG moiety enhances aqueous solubility and provides improved biocompatibility and flexibility.
