Erlotinib
Erlotinib (CP-358774) is a potent EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 2 nM for human EGFR and 20 nM for EGFR autophosphorylation in tumor cells. It is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer and also functions as a click chemistry reagent, containing an alkyne group for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC). Reagent grade, for research use only.
