Cedazuridine
Cedazuridine (E7727) is an orally active cytidine deaminase (CDA) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.4 µM) used in cancer research. It increases plasma decitabine levels by inhibiting its metabolism and, in combination with 5-azacytidine, reduces leukemic cell expansion in an AML mouse model. Cedazuridine is used in formulations with decitabine for treating myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Reagent grade, for research use only.
