ß-D-glucuronide-pNP-carbonate
Beta-D-glucuronide-pNP-carbonate is a degradable ADC linker precursor, used in the synthesis of ADC compounds. The PNP group can react with amine-bearing payloads and will function as a good leaving group. β-Glucuronide linkers are enzymatically cleavable linkers used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). They are stable in circulation and release the cytotoxic payload upon cleavage by β-glucuronidase enzymes within tumor cells. Their hydrophilic nature reduces ADC aggregation, enhancing therapeutic efficacy. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
