BocNH-PEG2-CH2CHO is a PEG linker containing a terminal aldehyde and Boc-protected amino group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The terminal aldehyde is reactive toward hydrazide and aminooxy groups. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
