PPPDA-O16B

PPPDA-O16B

PPPDA-O16B is a disulfide bond-containing ionizable cationic lipid utilized in the formulation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for plasmid delivery both in vitro and in vivo. LNPs containing PPPDA-O16B and plasmids encoding Ras/Rap1-specific endopeptidase (RRSP) enhance RRSP expression, reduce Ras levels, and decrease the viability of HeLa cervical cancer cells. In an HCT116 colorectal cancer mouse xenograft model, these LNPs selectively accumulate in tumors rather than in the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, or kidneys, effectively reducing tumor volume without causing weight loss.
