1-A-N is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 6.8) used to create lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for in vivo siRNA delivery. LNPs formulated with 1-A-N and siRNA targeting the CD45 gene effectively reduce CD45 gene expression in splenic T cells in mice.
