SIL Lipid

SIL Lipid

SIL lipid is an ionizable cationic lipid utilized in the creation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for in vitro siRNA delivery. These LNPs, loaded with siRNA targeting mRNA for the purinergic P2X7 receptor, effectively reduce P2X7 receptor protein levels, inhibit cell migration in wound healing assays, and promote apoptosis and necrosis in 4T1 breast cancer cells.
