N-(PEG4-NHS ester)-N-bis(PEG4-acid) is a branched PEG linker containing two terminal carboxylic groups which form stable amide bonds with amine-bearing compounds in the presence of HATU. The NHS ester reacts easily with primary amine groups. The PEG spacers impart water solubility.
