Lipid A6
Lipid A6 is an ionizable amino lipid featuring a dimethyl headgroup linked by an ester to a central branched linker featuring two unsaturated esters with internal alkynes. Its structure is similar to D-Lin-MC3-DMA, however it has shown a significantly improved ability in cell transfection over the respective MC3/C12-200/cKK-E12 LNPs.
