BP Fluor 555 active ester is a bright, photostable, and hydrophilic fluorescent dye for the yellow channel. BP Fluor 555 active ester is comparable to Alexa Fluor 555 active ester. This NHS ester is an amine-reactive dye; it can label amine groups in proteins, peptides, amino-modified oligos, and other target molecules. BP Fluor 555 is a hydrophilic fluorophore with high fluorescence quantum yield and high photostability, an alternative to tetramethylrhodamine (TAMRA, TMR) or Cyanine3 dyes.
