DM1-MCC-PEG4-DBCO is a drug-linker conjugate for antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) with a DM1 payload and terminal DBCO group. DM1 can bind to tubulin at or near the vinblastine-binding site, which interferes with the formation of microtubules and depolymerizes already formed microtubules, leading to mitotic arrest in the intoxicated cells.
