Fmoc-Gly-Gly-L-Phe-N-[(carboxymethoxy)methyl]Glycinamide (also known as "Fmoc-Gly-Gly-Phe-Gly-NH-CH2-O-CH2COOH") is a Fmoc protected protease-cleavable linker featuring the GGFG (Gly-Gly-Phe-Gly) sequence. It can be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) by attaching to payloads and antibodies. The Fmoc group can be removed under basic conditions to yield a free amine for further conjugation.
