Gly-Gly-L-Phe-N-[(carboxymethoxy)methyl]Glycinamide is a protease cleavable linker with a carboxylic acid group on the N terminus and is used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADC). The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research use only.
