DusQ3 azide is a fluorescence quencher with a terminal azide group. DusQ 3 is typically used to quench in the range 620-730 nm. It is highly recommended as a quencher with red- or far-red-emitting rhodamine or cyanine dyes. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry.
