Sulfo-Cy5-PEG3-biotin is a PEG linker with a far-red fluorescent Cyanine 5 dye and a terminal biotin group. Cyanine 5 is a water-soluble reagent and its fluorescence is pH independent from pH 4 to pH 10. The hydrophilic PEG spacer arm imparts water solubility that is transferred to the biotinylated molecule. Reagent grade, for research use only.
