Cy7.5 tetrazine is a water soluble fluorescent dye with a terminal tetrazine group. It has a significantly improved fluorescence quantum yield compared to indocyanine green fluorophores due to the rugged polymethine chain reinforced with a trimethylene bridge. The terminal methyltetrazine enables fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene). Reagent grade, for research use only.
