Sulfo-Cy7.5 amine is a near infrared, sulfonated cyanine dye with rigidized trimethylene chain and a terminal amino group. It is structurally very similar to indocyanine green dye and posesses an improved quantum yield because of its rigidized structure. The amine group is reactive with activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde), etc. Reagent grade, for research use only.
