Sulfo-Cy7.5 alkyne is a near infrared, sulfonated cyanine dye with rigidized trimethylene chain and a terminal propargyl group. It is structurally very similar to indocyanine green dye and posesses an improved quantum yield because of its rigidized structure. The propargyl group can react with azide-bearing compounds to form stable triazole rings. Reagent grade, for research use only.
