MB 660R TFP Ester is a fluroescent agent with a terminal TFP ester group. It is a very hydrophilic, water-soluble far-red fluorescent dye that has a maximal absorption of 665 nm and emission at 690 nm. The TFP ester can react with primary amine groups and is also less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis compared to NHS ester.
