Biotin Azide Plus
Biotin Azide Plus is a biotinylation reagent used for labeing glycoproteins, carbohydrate-containing compounds that have oxidizable sugars or aldehydes. Biotin Azide Plus is a complete copper-chelating system that acts simultaneously as both reactant and catalyst in CuAAC reactions. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The reaction works well under diluted conditions.
