PLGA(10k)-PEG(5k)-DBCO is an amphiphilic block copolymer with terminal DBCO moiety for click chemistry with azido molecule via SPAAC. The polymer can form micelles in water with core and shell made of poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and PEG, respectively. It can be used to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs.
