BP Light 594 carboxylic acid is a vibrant red fluorochrome with better performance than BP Fluor 594 for fluorescent applications. It is used to conjugate antibody with a higher D/P ratio without causing precipitation and fluorescence quenching of the conjugates. The conjugates are used as molecular probes for cellular imaging and other fluorescence detection methods. BP Light 594 acid is comparable to DyLight 594.
