BP Fluor 568 DBCO

BP Fluor 568 DBCO

BP Fluor 568 DBCO reacts with azides via a copper-free "click chemistry" reaction to form a stable triazole and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. In application where the presence of copper is a concern. It is an ideal alternative to copper requiring fluorescent alkynes. BP Fluor 568 is a bright, and highly photostable, orange-fluorescent probe optimally excited by the 568 nm laser line on the Ar-Kr mixed-gas laser. This probe is water-soluble and its fluorescence is pH independent over a wide pH range. The brightness and photostability of this dye are best suit. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
