BP Fluor 488 Hydrazide is a bright, green-fluorescent dye widely used for labeling aldehydes or ketones in polysaccharides or glycoproteins. The dye has an excitation peak at 499 nm and an emission peak at 520 nm. The conjugates are widely used in microscopy, flow cytometry, and other applications.
