Gly-Gly-Gly-PEG3-methyltetrazine
Gly-Gly-Gly-PEG3-methyltetrazine is a reagent featuring three glycine residues, a hydrophilic PEG spacer, and a methyltetrazine group. Methyltetrazine is a click chemistry handle which is used to efficiently react with trans-cyclooctenes (TCO). The N-terminal of the glycine tripeptide is free to perform a variety of reactions such as couplings with carboxylic acids or NHS esters.
