TCO-amine hydrochloride

TCO-Amine is a click chemistry building block containing a TCO moiety and a free amine. Amine is very reactive with active NHS ester or conjugate with carboxylic acid in the presence of of activators suh as EDC. The low mass weight will add minimal spacer to modified molecules. TCO moiety is very reactive with tetrazine ( 3rd generation click chemistry). Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries. The half-life of TCO is short as it will naturally isomerize into CCO (cis-cycloctene) and lose the reactivity. TCO compound is not recommended for long term storage.
