Sulfo-Cy5.5 carboxylic acid
Sulfo-Cy5.5 carboxylic acid is a fluorescent dye with excitation/emission wavelengths at 673/707 nm. The introduction of the sulfite group enhances the hydrophilic properties of the compound. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators such as EDC and HATU, to form stable amide bonds. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
