Hydrazide
PEG polymer-hydrazides can react with aldehydes /ketones at pH 5 to 7 to form hydrazone bonds. The reaction can be kinetically increased in the presence of glycolink coupling catalyst, such as aniline, resulting in greater than 90% coupling within 4 hours of reaction.
