PEG polymer-fluorescein is a green fluorescent attached polymer, which can be used in biology for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles. FITC/fluorescein has peak absorption or excitation at 494 nm and maximum emission at 521 nm which can be easily tracked using microscopic imaging.
