Triple Payload Linkers

Triple Payload Linkers

A triple-payload linker is an advanced linker-payload molecule designed to carry three cytotoxic payload molecules—either identical or distinct (e.g., MMAE, Exatecan, or Doxorubicin)—through a single linker scaffold. This technology is used for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) development and enables the site-specific conjugation of multiple payloads to a single antibody in a streamlined one-step reaction. By delivering a higher drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) and supporting dual or multiple mechanisms of action, triple-payload linkers have the potential to enhance antitumor potency, overcome drug resistance, and improve overall therapeutic efficacy in cancer treatment.
