MagicBrite ECL PicoPlus substrate

MagicBrite ECL PicoPlus Substrate Kit is a sensitive, enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate (ECL) for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in immunoblotting and other immunoassay applications. The ECL substrate detects low pico gram amounts of antigen with stable and long light output (up to 4 hours), which can be visualized using X-ray films or CCD-based imagers. Appropriate primary and secondary antibody dilutions are suggested for attaining optimal signal intensity and duration.
