DSPE-PEG-Fluor 647, MW 2,000 is a bright green-fluorescent dye and PEG polymer with hydrophilic phosphate head and hydrophobic lipid tails. The dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. The dye has 4 sulfonate groups, making it more water soluble and less aggregating in aqueous solutions.
