SPDP

SPDP functionalized polyPEG can selectively react with sulfhydryl/thiol group to generate a new disulfide bond. These reagents can be used as crosslinkers and to introduce sulfhydryl groups into proteins. The disulfide exchange can be performed at physiological pH.
