GSK2801 is a selective, cell-permeable inhibitor of the BAZ2 family of bromodomain-containing proteins. GSK 2801 is selective for BAZ2A and BAZ2B inhibitors, with Kd values of 0.26 and 0.14 μM (IC50 values are 0.40 and 0.43 μM), respectively.
