Branched Lipid

Branched Lipid

Branched lipids are a class of lipids that consist of three or more hydrophobic tails. They can be formulated into a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) to deliver anionic substrates in vitro and in vivo. This includes siRNA to induce gene silencing in a sequence-specific manner, CAS9 mRNA, and cytotoxic proteins.
